By accessing and using the Yaklearn platform (hereinafter, "the Service"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of them, do not use the Service.

1. Purpose of the Service

Yaklearn is a SaaS platform for performance analysis and technical training (Y.A.K.) aimed at engineers in the energy sector in Argentina. The Service offers corporate learning modules on industrial safety and performance tracking tools. It does not constitute legal advice nor replace local safety regulations.

2. User Rights and Obligations

• The user must be of legal age and have authorization from their employer to access the corporate modules.
• It is the user's responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials.
• The user agrees not to use the Service for purposes other than authorized technical training and performance analysis.
• Reproducing, distributing, or modifying the content of the modules without express authorization from Yaklearn is not permitted.

3. Yaklearn's Liability

Yaklearn strives to maintain the availability and accuracy of the Service, but does not guarantee that it is free of errors or interruptions. The platform is provided "as is," without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Yaklearn shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or lost profits arising from the use of the Service.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Yaklearn's total liability for claims related to the Service exceed the amount paid by the user during the six months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies even if Yaklearn has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and materials available on the Service are the property of Yaklearn or its licensors. The user acquires no ownership rights to such items, except for a limited license to use the Service in accordance with these terms.

6. Cancellation and Termination Conditions

Either party may terminate access to the Service by providing 30 days' written notice. Yaklearn reserves the right to suspend or cancel access immediately if the user breaches these terms. Upon termination, the user must cease all use of the Service and delete any copies of downloaded materials.

7. Modifications to the Terms

Yaklearn may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified through the platform or by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be resolved before the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction or venue.
